By using WedEazzy.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What we are

WedEazzy is a marketplace that connects couples with wedding vendors and venues across India. We are not a party to any contract between couple and vendor; pricing, availability, deposits, refunds and service quality are agreed directly between the two.

2. Listings & accuracy

Vendor information is compiled from public directories and vendor-supplied claims. We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty as to completeness, availability, or current pricing. Always confirm details with the vendor on WhatsApp before booking.

3. Bookings & payments

Inquiries placed on WedEazzy are leads, not confirmed bookings. Bookings, deposits, and refunds are handled directly between the couple and the vendor. WedEazzy does not process payments and is not responsible for refunds.

4. Vendor responsibilities

• Respond to genuine couple inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate pricing, availability, and contact details.
• Honour quoted rates and confirmed bookings.
• Do not spam, harass, or misuse couple contact details for purposes other than their inquiry.

5. Couple responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and event details.
• Do not submit fake or abusive inquiries.
• Respect vendor staff and property when meeting or visiting.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site, abuse the WhatsApp routing, post fake reviews, or attempt to circumvent the platform to harvest vendor or couple data.

7. Limitation of liability

WedEazzy is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, missed bookings, vendor non-performance, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified on the homepage.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
