WedEazzy.com ("we", "us", "the Platform") connects couples planning weddings with verified vendors across India. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how to control it.

1. Information we collect

• From couples: name, phone/WhatsApp, email (optional), city, event date, guest count, budget range, free-text notes - only when you submit an inquiry form.
• From vendors: business name, contact details, category, city, photos, and any information you submit to claim or list your business.
• Automatic: device type, browser, anonymous analytics (pages viewed, click events).

2. How we use it

• To connect couples directly to relevant vendors via WhatsApp.
• To log inquiries so our team can follow up if a vendor does not respond.
• To improve discovery, search ranking, and the overall site experience.

3. Who we share it with

We share the couple's contact details and inquiry only with the specific vendor(s) they explicitly request to contact, and with WedEazzy operations staff for support and follow-up. We do not sell personal data.

4. Vendor listings

Vendor listings on WedEazzy include business name, address, phone, and ratings sourced from publicly available directories. Vendors can claim, edit, or request removal at any time by emailing [email protected] or messaging +91 74989 87620 on WhatsApp.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use localStorage to cache the vendor directory for fast page loads (no personal data). We use standard analytics (Google Analytics 4) to measure aggregate site usage. No marketing cookies, no third-party retargeting pixels.

6. Data retention

Inquiry leads are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up, then archived. You can request deletion of any personal data at any time.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 7 working days.
